A Word About Gender

Our views and position on gender-related issues

All employees and management members at Qlixta are convinced that we can only achieve societal change through the aid and effort of all genders. We need the feminine principle just as much as the masculine and diverse to obtain new perspectives of complex tasks. In any case, we need as much variety as possible to obtain fresh perspectives of tasks.

This is why we at Qlixta are particularly pleased by all those who visit our website and users of our LMS platform, even if we do not address each and every one of them personally or in text. In the interest of improved legibility, we have consciously chosen to use a gender neutral form on the website. Rapid understanding can be gained in fractions of a second when visiting our website or participating in a training measure.

Finally, we would like to emphasize that we promote women and people who do not associate themselves with the binary social gender system in every position of our company and are delighted to employ them. This is also reflected in our current corporate structure. New vacancies are explicitly advertised as for “masculine/feminine/diverse”.
